Often overlooked yet Essential

Growing up in South Africa, birds were everywhere and so common I didn’t really find myself stopping to think just how beautiful and graceful they are. Nor did I truly realize their importance in the world at large. As I grew older I started to realize just how many there are in the world and how, without them, the world would literally fall apart.
